Welcome to Batch

​​Batch was born from a small family in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The name BATCH comes from the first initials of our family.

​

After traveling and enjoying incredible ice cream, gelato, and frozen desserts around the world, we were inspired to create a place that celebrates creativity, quality, and unforgettable flavors. We brought those ideas home and created Batch to share that experience with our community.

​

We launched our weekly Pint Drops in August 2026, featuring limited-edition flavors that are released each week and aren’t always available in the scoop shop.

We then celebrated our soft opening on September 27, 2026, during the Johnny Appleseed Festival in Downtown Crystal Lake.
